Iona established KnotStressed to provide therapeutic massage in Edinburgh, with a focus on supporting pregnant women and their partners throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period, promoting baby massage to new parents and encouraging parents to continue to massage their children as they grow

Iona has Swedish Massage and On-site Acupressure Massage Qualifications from the Scottish Massage Schools, an APNT certified Diploma in Massage During Pregnancy from WellMother, as well as an I.P.T.I registered qualification in Indian Head Massage.

She is also an accredited Massage in Schools Programme instructor with six years experience working in environmental education in Edinburgh schools and communities.
