What is Holistic Massage?
Holistic massage is a treatment that manipulates the muscles and
joints to release tensions and blockages from all parts of the body.
The therapy requires only the use of the practitioners’ hands
and is gentle yet effective. Holistic Massage offers a wonderful
contrast to our often hurried and energetic movement through life,
giving them the opportunity to explore relaxation and stillness.
Who is Holistic Massage for?
Holistic Massage Therapy is for anyone who would like to attain
better health through the benefits of a relaxed body and mind, some of which are:
• Improved posture and muscle tone
• A better ability to deal with the pressures
in life

About Helen Birns:
As I have always been interested in the body through dance and
movement I came to appreciate massage as a wonderful compliment
to this. Therefore I completed the ITEC diploma in Holistic Massage
in 2006 and am currently taking bookings on a Tuesday evening at Yoga Stable. |
