Meet our Practitioners
We are honoured to work with such talented, qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and inspiring therapists and yoga teachers.
Georgie McCulloch, Reflexologist
Qualified in 2001 at the Scottish School of Reflexology and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Georgie offers general Reflexology and specialises in Maternity Reflexology for Fertility and Pregnancy. She is also experienced in treating clients with mental health issues, including depression and anxiety.
Georgie found reflexology particularly helpful when her busy and stressful marketing career began to affect her health, sleeping patterns, energy levels and general outlook on life. A great believer in preventative medicine, Georgie found taking time out to have a regular complementary therapy of great benefit, enhancing the efforts of a healthier lifestyle and keeping the body’s vital energy in balance. So much so, that she decided to train as reflexologist and she is one of the few practitioners in Scotland who specialises in supporting clients with fertility issues and through their maternity.
“I love working with the feet and reflexology continues to fascinate me. We rely very heavily on our feet in daily life, so we should look after them more!”
Georgie regularly works for a mental health project and is accustomed to working with people who have:
- depression
- stress
- anxiety
- panic attacks
- obsessive compulsive disorder
- other mental health issues
Reflexology aims to get the mind, body and spirit back in balance through the corresponding reflex points on the feet, so can help with a wide range of physical and emotional conditions – find out more.

Diana Letts, Craniosacral Therapist, Student Core Process Psychotherapist
Diana has been practising as a Craniosacral Therapist since 2002 and has an established practice in the Borders. She enjoys working with people of all ages. She has found one of the things central to her practise is that Craniosacral Therapy follows the priorities and pace set by you and your body. This means that treatment is gentle and supportive while facilitating deep, holistic change.
Diana is committed to working safely, professionally, holistically and compassionately. She regularly attends training and is enthusiastic about ongoing professional development.
She also supervises Craniosacral Therapists and other bodywork professionals.
Craniosacral Therapy is an extremely gentle hands-on whole body therapy. Therapists are trained to feel the subtle motion of the fluids that bathe the brain and spinal cord. The therapist listens to the body to facilitate its vital force. This brings about intrinsic change and reorganisation. In this way the therapist identifies and treats pain or tensions held in the body. For treatment the client will usually lie fully clothed on a treatment couch. You may feel a deep sense of relaxation, and possibly become aware of heat, tingling, pulsations or other sensations.
Core Process Psychotherapy is an empathic, mindful approach to psychotherapy which offers support at times of difficulty and opportunity to inquire into how we experience ourselves, others and the world we live in.
Both therapies are founded on respect and compassion for each person and seek to alleviate suffering and distress.
Craniosacral Therapy session price: £45
Core Process Psychotherapy session price: £30
Diana also offers sessions on a sliding scale and is happy to discuss this with you prior to booking
