Weekly Yoga Classes

We run our classes by the term, however you may join a class at any point and time in the term and you will be charged only from that point on.  We have spaces for 12-13 students maximum per class, and we do recommend you book your space. At the studio at Gathering Essence we welcome more students.

When you book for the term, you can make up missed classes, as long as it is during the same term, with classes of the same level. We allow students to drop-in but we cannot guarantee the space until the time of the class, so the best thing to do is to arrive about 10-15 minutes earlier.

If dropping-in to the first class of a new term – please give us a call beforehand to check we have space. Once term has started there is usually space to drop-in and try a class – just arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Don’t forget to bring your enrolment form with you which you can download here: Enrolment Form [pdf]

Multiple class, termly and annual booking discounts are available, plus concession rates (depending on circumstances).

"The yogi observes details like time, posture and an even breath rhythm, and is alert and sensitive to the flow of prana within him… Evenness of breathing leads to healthy nerves and so to evenness of mind and temper" BKS Iyengar.
