Beginners Level 1
Suitable for people who have little or no experience of yoga, or are not regular practitioners; begin your journey in this timeless science by learning the introductory asanas.

Beginners Level 1-2 and Level 2
Level 1-2 Ideal for students who have consistently attended classes for 3 full terms. Level 2 Ideal for students who have consistently attended for two years.
You will work more deeply in postures familiar to you from the beginner's classes, as well as being introduced to new poses.

Level 3 - Intermediate
Benefiting students who have been doing yoga regularly for at least 3 years and/or have developed a committed practice. Continue your explorations of the poses already learned, and incorporate new, more advanced asanas.

Pranayama
The rhythmic control of the breath. Suitable for students with at least 1-year asana experience."The yogi observes details like time, posture and an even breath rhythm, and is alert and sensitive to the flow of prana within him….Evenness of breathing leads to healthy nerves and so to evenness of mind and temper"
