Yoga for Pregnancy
- Annamaria Sacco - From 14 weeks gestation.
A tremendous aid during this milestone in your life. We use careful
posture work to strengthen the pelvic muscles and the spine, and
breath control to calm your mind and prepare you emotionally for
the new arrival. Maintain your physical and mental well-being as
your body adapts to your pregnancy.

Active birth Workshops four women and their
birth partners with Clare Stephen
Clare is a practising Midwife, Yoga teacher and mother of two with
a commitment to the principles of Active Birth. She has been practising
yoga for 24 years, qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 1989
and obtained her intermediate teaching certificate in 2005.
Next dates 3rd August 2008. Cost £60.
